Glitches? The missing amount must appear after the checking and reconciling procedures of the bank's systems.

BPI service is now getting worse based on my experience. Meron ba dito affected ng bayanihan act nila or the "no grace period" pag hindi ka mag reply they will charge you corraeponding charges upon maturity date of auto loan.

Sorted out the issue. Turns out BPI deducted my home loan payment but did not reflect in my statement so it seemed like I was missing money.

RCA, BPI's lack of realtime balance updates causes all of these issues.

Instapay ba? Never had issues transferring from my BPI account to other banks. Instant talaga and reflected kaagad sa ibang bank account ko (which is more important to me kasi nalaman ko agad na tama account no. na nilagay ko lol). Same with BPI to BPI pero less than 5x ko palang ginawa.

Nag try ako lately to withdraw some cash ,na debit naman sya,kaya Lang di nag dispensed ng cash,so report ko agad sa BPI personally,Sabi 3 to 5 days daw bago ma clear yung problem,pero luckily,2 days na balik na yung cash withdrawn

Matagal na nga 2 days, that happened to me sa BDO and LBP, I checked again after couple of hours, bumalik na ang pera. Or baka sumakto lang ako sa cutoff na mag aaudit na ng machine, I don't know.

That happened to me and my wife before. Pero may instance that we are withdrawing the maximum amount allowed, I think 20k. And it happens that the machine only has ₱100 bills. It took the ATM minutes to count and dispense the money. Kinabahan kami, at nagulat din nung lumabas na yung makapal na puro 100. [emoji23]

Ever since my wife would withdraw a small trial amount to make sure ok yung machine, online, at hindi puro ₱100 kung mag wi-withdraw sya ng malaking amount.
