BPI Bank still offline, what's going on?

Hinde lahat. Before meron dedicated lane talaga, ewan ko lang ngayon nag remodel sila ng mga branches kung meron pa.

But I have never used the privilege, on the rare instances a visited a bpi branch before I still stand in the line and pag turn ko na I show them the preferred card and I tell the teller and manager na instead of prioritizing the preferred clients they should put more tellers para hinde humaba yun pila sa regular lines.

Before kasi ang bpi laging meron blanko na counter na walang tao. Kahit anong branch Kaya mahaba parati yun pila.

There's 1 counter only for preferred and not all clients are given a preferred card and I think matagal na yan and not only BPI is doing this, meron din ang BDO, BDO naman ay yung Diamond Rewards card. Bihira ko rin ginagamit kasi bihira din ako nag over the counter transactions.

Hindi ko alam na matagal na pala sya.. Pero ano kayang criteria? Kasi 100% sure ako na di ako mayaman. That's the main reason na ngayon ko lang nalaman.. Ang alam ko lubog ako sa utang sa BPI.. Weird naman... [emoji28][emoji848]

This is what I Googled, pero when I was given the card, wala din ako ganun kalaki pera sa bank hahaha.

Dati if mag over the counter ako, I just use BEA online, I just set an appointment online, what time and branch and what transactions and I just show up at that branch sa appointed time, mas mabilis.

thats why i do not like pumunta sa bangko. They will treat you nicely pag alam nila na ano.. anak ka ni ano/basta ano. Ayoko yung trato na artificial dahil may alam sila sayo.

Wala naman masyado advantage yan Preferred except sa OTC pila and so not really kung bihira ka mag OTC. Ang kadikit lang naman niyan ay mga discounts sa ayala group and other merchants which you can also get even if di ka preferred by negotiating. May konting bawas din sa interest ng loans, but then you can shop anywhere for the best deal. May konting add on din sa interest on deposits, but then again, pwede mo naman hingin yun sa manager.

Thanks po Sir Papi.. ang linaw po ng pag explain nyo.. yun po yung gusto ko din maintindihan hindi lang yung benefits.. Yung "catch" bakit ka binibigyan ng ganun.. And the "selling" part nga nag-flashback sakin yung sinabi niya na kahit ideliver nya yung card ini-encourge nya ako to go to Makati branch to see the new look nung branch at para malaman ko pa ang ibang mga investment and products na inu-offer nila..

Just found out that my bpi dollar savings account is now in dormant status... at least they should send notification via email/text month or weeks before they will do the change... now they hold the money without interest...
