Can't even use it at SLEX, because traffic is relatively heavy, car just keeps on hard braking and pressing hard on the gas, to maintain the set distance.
A reviewer demonstrated Territory's adaptive cruise control in EDSA's slow moving traffic and it surprisingly went well

survey results on ADAS from the 2023 Tech Experience Index Study or TXI Study ....

Also, usage of Advanced Driver Assist Systems or ADAS is declining year over year, signaling that carmakers aren’t doing enough to provide a positive customer experience so that trust and usefulness aren’t negatively affected. Among owners who say they use specific technologies all the time, usage of many safety and advanced driver assist systems (ADAS) technologies have declined slightly year over year, most notably reverse automatic emergency braking (-4 percentage points); safe exit assist (-3); and automatic emergency steering (-3).

Well, I personally like a car with dashboard screen and seat screens. They sort of give the vehicle's interior a futuristic theme. I mean that the vehicle's interior is not very boring when there are screen installations.

It's been more than 2 years na pala since I posted this. To date, I still have no use for the adaptive cruise control l, park assist, and eco/sport mode. TPMS ok lang, but I rarely use it and so can do without it too. If these were options, I would have passed on them to bring my purchase price lower.

"that's probably what someone wants the world to blame."
    but is it, really?
    heh heh.

sa totoo lang, unless it can be proven that the car in front backed up, kasalanan nang kotse sa likod. "you were tailgating, sir."

yep technically, kasalanan ng car sa likod. but the honda owner still ended up w/ scratches and dents (and all the hassle that comes with it)

    There are exceptions like:

The car in front of you stopped without any clear warnings (looking at you Honda Sensing, if true).
The car in front was supposed to take a turn but made an immediate stop.
The car in front unexpectedly pulled out of traffic without considering the distance of the cars behind him.

and that's where the dashcam can come in handy.
for without it, it'll be his word against the other's.

Arent these auto braking sensing supposed to brake only within a certain speed ?
My cars with ADAS auto brake at speed below 30 kph. Above it will send chimes and flashing warning lights in the dashboard but no auto-braking.
