December 14th, 2017 08:44 PM #1I'm buying neon blue valve caps. Is it ok to use it? Would it be an LTO or HighWay Patrol Group violation?
How about center hub cap with lights?

I just don't know if ganyan sa kotse ko. :D
I'll give it to padyak driver if bawal. I know yung under the car is bawal. I have a friend na pina tanggal ng LTO yung neon blue light under the car.
