    I'm buying neon blue valve caps. Is it ok to use it? Would it be an LTO or HighWay Patrol Group violation?
    How about center hub cap with lights?

    I'll give it to padyak driver if bawal. I know yung under the car is bawal. I have a friend na pina tanggal ng LTO yung neon blue light under the car.

    Madaya yung ad picture. It was taken with a camera set to a sufficiently long exposure to show that seemingly continuous stream of light around the rim.

    But in reality, they look more like the video below.





    Pardon me but it's just too jologs for my taste.
