    I'm buying neon blue valve caps. Is it ok to use it? Would it be an LTO or HighWay Patrol Group violation?
    How about center hub cap with lights?

    it looks funny to me.
    but if owner likes it... it's his car.

    but it does make the car more visible from the side, at night. safer...

    I'll give it to padyak driver if bawal. I know yung under the car is bawal. I have a friend na pina tanggal ng LTO yung neon blue light under the car.
