August 14th, 2016 08:43 PM #32Just want to inquire lg if may similar experience kau. My 1 month old car got flooded. On this case hindi sya nakapark. I am driving it. Maraming dumadaan sa area nung time na yun. Baka nadaanan ko lg yung pinakamalalim. Nag stop yung engine at yun na.
Covered yung AOG ng insurance ko. Question ko lg, can the insurance have reason to decline covering my claim? Dahil inilusong ko sya sa bahA? Anong masasuggest nyo. Thanks.

But if you knowingly drove through flood like this guy, can you still claim?

Instinct is to avoid the flood especially that the car is new so insurance company cannot decline the claim.

August 14th, 2016 09:38 PM #37Inaantay ko pa estimate ng casa. Kung repair ba or total loss idedeclare nila.
Ang concern ko lg is kung idedeny ba ng insurance claim ko.
