October 23rd, 2017 09:51 PM #1The story is not complete. Who paid the DP? Who is paying the monthly amortization?
If the car is under your name, do you have a copy of thr OR/CR? Talk to your friend to know the real reasons for the delinquency.
Can you be my friend? Swerte naman ng friend mo boy....
Walang ibang kausap si bank dyan kungdi IKAW.. so better report it as carnap and let the police retrieve it.. then surrender mo na lang sa bank or ikaw na maghulog at gumamit nung sasakyan.. yun ay kung maayos pa yung sasakyan mo
kung pwede lang sana ako na lang gumamit kaso madami na kami sasakyan at wala nang space pa for parking.
if ever na may kilala kayo na willing sumalo ng car just let me know. I already informed the bank. Im willing to take a bit of a loss.
Lesson learned.

Sorry bro but there is a big hole in your story and shadow could be right- you are not telling us the whole thing. If you can afford to give up P500K for a friend, you must be smart enough to have attained that status considering you already have enough cars to fill your garage. There may be an underlying reason for the arrangement that did not materialize and now you are trying to recoup your loses. Anyway, I am not here to judge you so try to talk sensibly to your friend and if things dont work out right, report the vehicle as carnapped. Just be sure your friend is not holding any papers to counter your claim.

October 24th, 2017 12:17 PM #5^puro comments lang sila at wala namang naitulong mga taga banks. i talked to a lawyer and sabi nya hindi daw pasok for carnapping. he advised me to file a replevin case para maisoli sa akin ang sasakyan pero mukhang magtatagal pa at another gastos nanaman sa lawyer. looks like hihingi na lang ako assistance sa mga police and baranggays.
i just remembered na last payment ko na sa isa kong sasakyan next month. yun na lang ang ibenta ko then ako na lang gagamit ng fortuner.
Ninong ahahaha....
Seriously though, hindi kaibigan yan...
_______________ ka na nyan. <-- fill in the blanks
mahirap talaga magtiwala sa mga tao today lalo na pag malaking pera ang involved. nakipagtalo pa sya sa BM ko ng di ko alam dahil antagal daw nila i process ang paglabas ng unit.
again, lesson learned.

October 26th, 2017 08:57 PM #7Update:
I talked to her in person and she said that she will pay the downpayment next month. tanong ko lang, if ever na nagbigay sya para sa downpayment and sa mga upcoming monthly payments but later on hindi na sya makapagbigay ng mga monthly payments for 3 consecutive months at gusto ko nang "batakin" ang sasakyan sa kanya, pwede nya ba ipanglaban na nakapag bigay naman sya ng cash para sa car para hindi ko mabawi? wala pa din syang laban dahil sa akin naka pangalan yung car, right? I wanna make it sure before making decisions. Thanks!

I don't think you're telling us the whole story.
Marami ka na sasakyan? Benta mo yun 1 or 2 and pay off this new car.
Tapos problema mo. You don't need to look for another "buyer" na sasalo ng loan mo tapos hinde mo nanaman kakilala.
It's just make no sense to look for someone to assume your car loan over the internet.
I'm sorry but I don't buy na "friend" mo yun nag loan.

October 23rd, 2017 10:25 PM #9it would probably be a bit hard to sell.
but if the price is right, anything will sell.
the car is an expensive one. anyone who wishes such a car, is probably loaded enough as to buy one in cold cash.
i doubt if you can sell it even if the buyer will shoulder only the remaining monthlies.
i doubt if you can sell it if you paid the buyer to buy it from you.
why don't you ask the bank how much you will have to fork out, to pay for the car in full and prematurely terminate the 5-year contract? then you can advertise it at an enticing price. after all, the model is a hot item right now.
but first, you have to get the car into your garage.Last edited by dr. d; October 23rd, 2017 at 10:34 PM.
