Nag loan po ako ng sasakyan sa PsBank,ngyon po 3 months na akong di na kapaghulog for financial reAson.ngyon nagpadala ang bangko ng letter to pay the balance or e surrender ang unit.pwed po na kaya pakiusapan ang bangko na bayaran ang ilang buwan na di nahulogan pra po di nila mahila ang kotse po?or any alternative pra mas magaan ang pagbayad?

Yes sir,may number ba nakalagay sa letter.last july they are asking to pay the 23k including the penalties.and only this month we already arrange the said amount.pro may chances kaya sir na kapag na makipag settle parin ang bank?

if the bank sees that nothing has changed with your financial status, i do not think they will believe you can do the monthlies again on schedule.
but if they see that you are more financially able now, then there is a good chance they may settle with you.
my opinion.

Thanks pala sa mga advice nyo dto,napakiusapan nmn ung taga PSBank.nagbayad lng ako ng 25k,at ayun tuloy-tuloy nrin sa monthly payment na.di na nahatak ang kotse ko po.
