My Jazz was bought second-hand from a bank's repo yard. It was dirty inside, sure, but mechanically it was sound. It's so sound mechanically that I take it to the racetrack and drive the crap out of it and yet it's still running fine.
Proper maintenance is a must. As negligent as the previous owner may have been about keeping up the payments, he sure was diligent with the oil changes on my car. So far, so good.

It details the present condition of the car including engine, tires, if there are dents/scratches, etc. This will likewise serve as a basis or proof in case you need to request for a refund due to undeclared problem of the unit.
