Lol Was this in response to my post or the one after mine? It was great to see those MPGs again.
In my experience it's not about driving fast or slow that equates to better MPGs for the hybrids I drive. Terrain, technique, weather are some factors that I find influence
MPGs. Then again what do I know 😳

3.5 kilometers per liter city driving
6 kilometers per liter highway
Shell - Fuelsave Unleaded

7 kilometers per liter city driving
10 kilometers per liter on highway

2008 Isuzu D-max 3.0 Ddi-iTEQ (with Racechip Pro 2 at C-C setting)
11.2 to 11.4 km per litre in Metro Manila driving
16.4 to 17.0 km per litre in freeways at average speeds around 85 to 110 kph. Plus 20 km per litre at 75kph to 80kph in freeways.
13.4 km per litre going up to Baguio along Marcos Highway at speeds. Engine rpm at 4th gear hillclimb 2000 to 2250 rpm approx. Downshifting to 3rd in tight hairpins or switchbacks.
17.1 km per litre in long but relatively flat provincial roads with intermittent towns in between....
