When you go for a full tank do you top up the tank beyond the automatic click of the pump or do you just go as far as the auto click?
Ako hanggang auto-click lang ako. May pros and cons ba ito?

Once a week I gas up worth 1,500.00, pero kung alam kong tataas ang gas or may long trip ako that week end, pinapasagad ko.
Auto click is good for monitoring gas consuption. Wala akong alam na masama dito.
Pinapasagad - delikado na matapon ang gas sa body. puwedeng maka affect sa paint job. No space for gas to expand. Since I will be travelling 40+ km, by the time I park at home, may space na. So far, wala pa akong nakitang marka ng natapon na gas.Last edited by meledson; April 21st, 2008 at 11:32 AM.

always automatic unless i have to go to our province (daet, bicol), because gasoline prices at daet is way way so so expensive. i think its about 4-5 petot difference here in manila.

automatic din sa akin, pag sagad kasi I think nawawalang ng space pag nag expand na ang gas...and the engineers design it to be that way na meron limit lang yun gas, why need to go beyond that, mga gawain lang ng mga PUV drivers yun ganyan..hehehe

BTW, sa Altis, less than a liter ang difference between sagad and 1st click.
Sa Avanza its about 2 to 3 liters ang difference.

For me, automatic only.
However, everytime I fill up my tank, the gasoline attendant would always ask me if automatic or to the brim? Isn't it the gasoline station is exposing itself and us motorists, to some level of danger if they're filling a tank with the pump nozzle's mouth almost exposed? Maybe it's just me and no accident has happened,- so......just thinking aloud here, folks...
