GaryQ: filtered wvo diretso na, oo nga kailangan ko pa i painit. and balak ko start with diesel and end with diesel. para uminit muna yung engine saka switch sa wvo. btw my go signal nako ke airmat na i sacrifice yung generatorkasi di naman madalas mag magblack out.

hope someone from a fast food chain ang makabasa neto

And share ko lang mga bro. kasi pag kinakausap ko sila parang tumatawa sila
tuloy parang isip nila na bogus or may konti. pero one manager actually saw it on cable, ayun bingo nagkaintindihan kami.

    Nice blog entry.

It might be helpful to other people interested if you can post the contact info for "AlterEnergy Systems, Inc.".

Damn good news! Need to know about pricing, though... and where we can source WVO if we don't produce it ourselves.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

i think i heard this guy last night at nu107's rock-ed program . it seems like he has been doing this for years. too bad i wasn't able to hear his answer to tuason's query regarding where he gets his wvo. medyo nagtatawanan din kasi sila tapos nag-papamasahe pa ako kaya 'di ako maka-concentrate sa kanila

Here's the original thread on MB CLUB PH http://forum.mercedes-benz-clubs.com...ic.php?t=18673

    And here is my response:

"If you guys notice why Paolo (a board member - check the link above) is so concerned, it's because here in the US there have been so many W123's, W116's, W126's, even W124's ruined by the crappy Lovecraft (Lovecrap) system that only uses a single tank system that's filtered by a very cheap filter costing several hundred $. He has seen so many of those running around his area (I live farther down south so my eyes don't get as sore ), and when I visit LA, Glendale, etc. I see them a lot and it's not a pretty sight considering these are the cars we adore and they just use them as a way to loop around the expensive fuel prices.

I guess we enthusiasts value the car more than those people do with their Lovecraft system, so herein lies both our concern to filter the WVO properly, separate the water properly, use the correct amount/mixture of regular diesel and WVO, and ensure the modification is done properly to ensure good working conditions and minimize breakdowns.

Then there's the issue of NOT paying proper road tax when you're using WVO. Don't even get me started on that...

That's why when some of you asked me if I'll ever go veggie, I said no..."

BTW, a company is already doing conversion for trucks to use WVO as fuel.

    company: BIODRIVE
    contact: "Jac"
    tel: (632) 480 3903
    email: biodriver*gmail.com
    website: http://www.biodrive.net

You can contact him for pricing of his products. He does conversion for the trucks, sells the filtration systems for WVO and even sell processed cooling oil in drums.

Basically, vegetable oil will run a diesel engine. The next important matter to consider is it's effects on the fuel injection pump and injectors.

Pumps and injectors which have been running on vegtable oil for extended duration have been brought to our workshop for evaluation. We have seen metal failure, resin / wax build-up, hardening of rubber seals, etc, in varying degrees of severity. We have also seen an injection pump which was in almost perfect condition.

These people who are experimenting with vege-fuel are serious in developing an alternate fuel source, and their learning cost is quite expensive and time consuming.

They deserve our respect. And I know they will succeed, soon I hope. It's just a matter if time and cost.
