August 31st, 2013 09:01 PM #25We have an Innova G. No problem so far. I like it better than my in-laws' fortuner.
Isuzu's toughness is proven imo. Sobrang ingay lang. In case yan kunin mo, gamitan mo na lang ng 2t oil or mod mo na lpg o water injection. Meron ata positive effect yun sa emission.

Mas maganda FC ng innova, sa city driving (innoG- 8-11 km/l; MS -6-8 km/l), pero sa mga long drive, halos parehas lang (10-13 km/l).Kung bagong innova bibilhin mo, mas maganda sigurado FC, 4.5yrs old na innova ko, beater car pang palengke etc.
Ang gauge ko, budget ko sa fuel ng innova is P2t every month, sa MS (SE A/T) ay P3.5t every month. 10-25 km daily use (excluding road trips).

Get the Innova, it's well worth it
Wait a little more for the new Innova, and you'll get the electronic steering equipped car - no need for steering fluid maintenance and it eliminates engine load- no more power steering pump.
Toyota is slowly phasing out the fluid type power steering, this is now the trend in their new models starting now with the new 86, RAV4 and VIOS, then the new ALTIS and CAMRY and in few months the new INNOVA

September 1st, 2013 01:12 AM #28Last the longest and fuel efficient? Isuzu Crosswind!
There are those with Crosswind's crossing the 300tkms mark and still going strong. Very practical car to have, if you don't mind the sluggish performance, noisy and smoky engine, and jittery ride that is.
For something more modern, I'd go with the Montero. I find the 1.198M price tag very competitive indeed, especially since it is slugging it out with not just base variant SUVs but also MPVs as well.

Mas madali pa rin maintain fluid steering. Bearing lang katapat mo sa electronic steering.
