If they haven't tested a vehicle or taken note of its fuel consumption during the test, it won't be there.
Of note:
Crosswind 2.5D MT - same mileage as Adventure... a bit lower in city if we're talking about the heavy tired XUVi.
RAV4 1.8 (which was still on sale at the time) - very frugal... smaller engine, and much lighter than other CUVs.
no compacts are listed: I'd expect the Civic 1.7 (still on sale, then) and Toyota 1.6 to be there... as well as the Nissan GX 1.3 (as it's the only "compact" left with a 1.3 liter engine).

What about Hyundai Accent 1.5 diesel turbo? It has very good milage and still has powerful engine!

Yung Crosswind 2.5D m/t tipid nga pero medyo compromised ang power! (acceleration and hill climbing)

AFAIK, their bigger displacement engines are relatively frugal due to good torque, longer gearing and lower engine speeds than their higher-strung Japanese counterparts.
