Without good crumple zones the force of an impact will likely go through the passenger compartment thus impacting the passengers with force. NOT GOOD!

Ito matagal na nangyari pero it demonstrates a Crosswind hitting a Santa Fe from behind. Its just a slow speed hit pero tindi ng damage sa Crosswind. Di yan crumple zone kasi di ganyan ang tupi ng crumple zone (parang sandwich yung tupi nya dapat), ito talaga mahinang klaseng bakal lang talaga not designed with modern techniques of absorbing collision... Grabe yung Santa Fe gas-gas lang...

Grand Livina 1.8 XV Elegance at Innova E A/T , exact price sila, given the choice ano yung pipiliin nyo between the two? saka ano pa dapat na ibang i-consider?

The rear portion of the vehicle is one of the sturdiest side of an automobile. It is there to protect the rear passenger/cargo from sustaining injury or damage. That explains the damage on the Santa Fe. Nothing to do with the price range, i can tell you that.

Matibay parin talaga... Judging with the damage on the Crosswind dapat may dent din yung Santa Fe. Pero wala scratch lang...

the front should be sturdier than the rear since passenger and driver are in front except if your car is different where the driver and passenger seats are located in the rear

but between Adventure and crosswind mas mukhang matibay ang adventure para kasing solid yun kaha nya unlike crosswind... sa vibration pa lang ng makina ng crosswind makikita mo yung bumper nya nanginginig din

Dad's Crosswind XTRM rolled over, structure was twisted beyond repair. Pillars were bent so badly that if anyone saw it, no one would bother trying to get it repaired. Dad's officemate's Innova E rolled over, pillars were pretty much intact. It just sat there in a ditch on its roof.

mga bro tsikoters sa trending ng opinion ng mga posters sa thread na ito lamang ng konti ang Adventure sa Crosswind and neck to neck naman yung nag advise na to seriously check elsewhere ...

medyo nakakabahala sa mga nababasa ko is yung rolled over vehicles from crosswind to innova, nababasa ko yung prone sa body roll ang AUV & MPV, gaano ba kahirap or kadali talaga sila pagulungin and at what speed?

The Crosswind XTRM was driven by a sleepy driver who panicked when he avoided a parked truck. The Innova E was driven by a sleepy driver who panicked when he swerved onto a ditch. Both were moving at speeds less than 80km/h.

bro sa less than 80km/h with sleepy & panicky driver nag rollover na yung crosswind & innova, nakakatakot ah!

or is it yung combination ng sleepy & panicky driver ang dapat pagingatan at they could roll over almost any type of car?

matagal ko na rin kasi nababasa yung body roll pero hindi ko naman sya masyadong pinoproblema dati at yung misis ko naman yung gagamit mostly ng sasakyan, bago lang syang driver at tingin ko pinaka mabilis na yung 100km/h ang takbo nya kaso with that latest information, dapat pala i-consider talaga ang body roll...

If rollover is a concern, both vehicles especially the crosswind wont pass. They are high-riding with high center of gravity. Get something car based, like the grand lavina. Or if the 7+ seating capacity is not a major, get a sedan or a hatchback instead. Like the Honda Jazz & Mazda 2 lots of flexibility.

The crosswind vibrates a lot because of the engines absence of balancing shafts. Slap that isuzu engine in the advie and it'll vibrate also.
