OT: Assuming you have 1.5M right now and the average interest rate is 12% annually, that means you saved 6,500 pesos every month for 10 years.

How does a 10 year old save an average of 6,500 pesos per month for 10 straight years?

Ganun ba bro. Paturo naman kung anong stocks ang kayang makaipon ng 1.5M in only 3 years from a supervisor's salary. 👍

Marami kasi ako kilala, manager na for many years, wala pa ring pambili ng SUV.

Hmm~ I remember reading in the news about Loren Legarda's 21 year old son who's into solar technology. Solar Philippines ata ang kumpanya? He supplied solar panels to power SM North Edsa. The guy's apparently still a university student at Yale. Definitely possible for a 21 year old to save up a significant amount of money.

Leandro Leviste is an outlier. How many among the millions of twenty-somethings have access to such capital and influence?
