February 14th, 2012 02:04 PM #11Thanks guys for the replies. We're leaning towards the new Innova. Pricewise, much better and I like the engine. 4 lang kami usuually bumiyahe but we do have a lot of stuff in tow. And of course if I'm back home in San Pablo, others ride as well.
Salamat!

Crosswind matipid compare sa adventure, pinakamatibay pag dating sa engine at pang ilalim....
innova... masyado masikip lalong lalo na sa 3rd row... not ideal for long drives.... and d4d had issues...
carens... i think is the best logical choice... kung pang family... smooth ride.. car like driving... matipid din naman... i dont know kung matibay ang pag ilalim.. pero pag dating sa parts basta korean cars usually much cheaper compared to japanese cars...

since four lang kayo madalas. carens na kunin mo. mas comfortable ang ride nito and matipid compare sa innova diesel. mas maluwag ang 2nd row nito (headroom, elbow room, legroom) compare sa innova. the 3rd row can be fold flat for bigger luggage room. and the engine is more powerful than the 2.5 d4d engine of innova.

February 15th, 2012 09:14 AM #18Dont have an adventure but have driven the L300. Same engine, matibay but I wont get one if I'll drive iit myself.
Driven my bro-in-law Crosswind. Once was enough, slow, heavy, sluggish. Its like driving a truck.
Innova D4D, I own one. Good power and performance. Matipid. Less than a year old so too early to comment about reliability.
Carens - no experience with it.
Among your choices, I'll go Innova then followed very closely with Carens.

Newer Crosswinds are available in turbocharged form with a manual. Not too slow, anymore. Not fast, but not terrible compared to the 100 hp Innova. And the ride is much more comfortable.
Still smoke like hell, though.
