September 12th, 2015 01:35 AM #35Hpg is discouraging people to buy car. Dapat 3 ang sasakay daw or else don't pass by edsa and major highways. Private cars pa sinisisi nila as the cause of traffic.

Talaga namang masyado maraming private cars.
But ang isang bus, 50 people ang nababyahe. Yung kotse usually isa or dalawa lang.
The 3-passenger-minimum has only been floated but people are already criticizing it as if it was implemented already.

Actually, you're the one who sounds like a douche for assuming what someone else has gone through in life, and belittling him for your (most likely) false assumptions.
All he stated was that the HPG are considering implementing a carpool policy (which is true), and that they claimed that private cars are a bigger cause for traffic (it's also true that they claimed it - you can argue the validity of this point but the past few days have given this view more credence).

Car pool lane is effective in the U.S. but not here. Sikip-sikip nag Edda eh. Saka do you think pinoy drivers will follow the regulation?
Problema dito kailangan physical barrier Ang ilagay hinds pwede road paint lang.
Taasan yun fine talaga dapat tapos HPG ang manhuli para at least matakot mag drivers. Then mag invest na lang nag body cam PNP.
Over speeding in CA has a $350 fine. Hinde rin mura yun for them. Tapos meron pang negative points.
Kahit ako takot na takot eh. Dahil ayaw ko nagbayad ng $350 fineLast edited by shadow; September 12th, 2015 at 12:49 PM.
