Kasi kung most of the time naman, lone driver lang at walang kargang passenger/cargo,

ok na ang CUV/sub-compact sedan..

Once kasi na merong load factor, kahit sabihin na hindi passenger, pero yung cargo load, medyo magkakatatalo na..

Lalo kung Baguio Area, tapos daan sa kennon road, talagang stiff at inclined yan. lalo pag umulan..

BTW:

FWD, mas least ang sliding lalo kung uphill at wet road condition unlike sa RWD..

Sa RWD, lalo kung mataas ang NM (torque [PPV/Pickup]), 4x2 at walang TRC/VSC.. common problem ang wheelspin sa paved area, accidental burn-out.. lalo pag sobrang inclined.. rubberized pa yung pavement or tiles, even concrete,

(e.g: south area: wind residences & bag of beans, paved area)

kung merong 4wd system, kahit walang TRC/VSC. lalo kung pwedeng i-activated thru AWD mode, no worries, both FWD/RWD..

kung fulltime AWD ang vehicle.. the best lalo sa rainy condition at paved road.. pero kailangan properly maintained ang gulong, kasi kung improperly maintained, useless din yan features..

Better na mag-scout sa mga different brand vehicles, tignan ang mga specs, at i-test drive, para malaman talaga yung need at demand nyo for daily workhorse...

Agree with this. I remember when I drove our Granvia (RWD with 290Nm 3.0TD engine) on Hi Precision Lab's steep and straight basement parking ramp. I was spinning by the time I was around halfway up. I found out later on that "hinay hinay" is the way to go. [emoji23]

Also agree regarding fulltime AWDs. But then they also tend to be very thirsty at the pump. If there are part time 4WDs, I'd spring for those. Used for a couple of years is acceptable for me.
