i've driven the Ford Explorer (2015 model) on few occasions. its my wife company service car and she usually brings it home in the province. i found the ride very comfy and the handling smooth and stable. not much attention i paid on braking but i felt the braking system to be very capable too. i have not driven a Ford Everest so i can't compare, but compared to my 6-yr old totl monty? no point of comparison
the Explorer belongs to a higher, way more premium segment. my only gripe is its a gas engine, but you don't buy and own such a car thinking to save fuel right? i hope to drive it again when i'm on my vacation next month.
