Its unfortunate your dad is so old-fashioned (dare I say ignorant) and still thinks that Koreans are inferior to the Japanese which have been proven to be false nowadays especially if you're comparing a global vehicle vs a 3rd world vehicles... World class talaga from safety to the engine as KCboy mentioned ang Sorento.

Kasi dad parin niya nag desisyon eh. Yung dad ko may edad na (mid 50's) Pero fan ng Korean Cars. Sya nagpakilala ng Korean cars sa akin..

Hehehe ako nagpakilala ng Korean sa parents ko, niregalo ko kasi yung Santa Fe sa nanay ko specifically pero nagamit na din ng tatay ko... Ngayon believer na din sila!

07 rav4 talaga ride ko mga sir (hindi ko pa bibitawan to kahit malakas sa gas)
hirap talaga makipag talo kaya oo nalang din ako, ako nalang bibili ng sorento in the near future pag may pinag kukunan na ako sariling income

I would say Korea cause Korea directly exports to the US and Europe while Thailand exports to other 3rd world countries... I have never heard of a US sold car that is made in Thailand...
