    I pay only 100 pesos to those "notary public" stalls i see in the streets for deed of sale of the cars i had transferred to someone i know.

    I Paid 600 pesos for the notary of my personal car who i sold to someone i do not know, and chose a real lawyer to notarize, complete with all the ledger work and appearance.

    yan nga ang problema walang clear rules kung magkano talaga ang charge.. yung iba nag cha charge nang sobra sobra..
