Di ko matandaan the exact. Pero ang natatandaan ko lang is around less than or equal to 0.010 of the value stated.

follow up question on DOS notarization.. how much does your suking Notary Public charges? Is it true that it's a percentage of the amount in the DOS? or should it be fixed?

while a number of notaries public, base their fees on the price of the merchandise,
many will charge a flat rate. say, 200-500 bucks.
rates are higher if the notary public is to construct the deed of sale for the costumers.

I pay only 100 pesos to those "notary public" stalls i see in the streets for deed of sale of the cars i had transferred to someone i know.

I Paid 600 pesos for the notary of my personal car who i sold to someone i do not know, and chose a real lawyer to notarize, complete with all the ledger work and appearance.
