In house financing is almost double that of bank loan. Never get in house financing (there are very few instances where in house would be better than bank loan).

When I purchased my car 1 year ago i'm also out of the country because of my work, ako din nakipagusap sa BPI that time and all required docs I send it thru email sa kanila para maayos nila ung kelangan ayusin with the dealer I chose, paguwi ko nag sign nlng ako ng mga docs then within a week nakuha ko na yung car...nagkaproblem lang kase sa availability ng color and variant na gusto ko so inabot ng 1 week.
Another bank that I tried is Security bank, ok din sila kausap but I opted to get from BPI since andun din yung savings account ko...para naka auto debit nalang.
