Hi. Bago lang po dito sa tsikot.com. Planning to buy an old honda car year 1996 - 2000 pang everyday use lang pangservice sa work. Ano po bang maganda at mas fuel efficient.
Pinagiisipan ko po kasi city, civic or an old picanto yr 2005 and up .. Ung dimension po ba is ok din? Muka nmn tatagal gamitin ang honda and maliit lang din ang budget around 100k - 130k.. Thank you po sana mapansin.

iyong honda city 1st gen (sx8 chassis code) mukhang pasok sa budget. based siya sa older model ng civic na not '96-2000 (ek chassis code).

medyo madali-dali pa makahanap ng mga spare parts niya. ultimo sa lazada at sa shopee meron pa.

the advantages of fixing up a popular car.
the toyota will probably have easier parts inventory, both in engine and in sheet metal, in case you opt for replacement in lieu of pukpok repair. knowledgeable mechanics are probably easy to source, also.

painting washover rates vary greatly, price-wise and quality-wise.

even in its heighdeigh, the nissan march was an uncommon car here. i would expect difficult parts replacement issues.
in the 90s, the corolla was twice as easy to fix than the sentra. parts were literally everywhere for the former..

binenta ba dito officially ang nissan march? puro gray market or "surplus" lang ata dito ang bentahan niyan. if so, i think spare parts would be very rare, especially at its age.

so corolla ako sa kaso na ito. madami pang spare parts at sa surplusan pero i doubt if it's going to be that cheap.

^ ah so it was released as the verita here. Now that model name I remember because it was the contemporary of our jazz gd. During that time we were shopping around for a new car and I looked into The verita. Its throwback design Didn't appeal to us.

I think the verita's engine was either from the Sentra b13 or b14. Parang I read that somewhere.
