Yung new cr at or, dapat ang date nun kung kelan siya na print lalo na at under your name na siya... meaning yang certificate of registration dapat 2020 and under na siya sayo...

pag same 2019 yan, hindi yan recent na or/cr... i don’t know pano na hucos/focus yan ng lto or sino man...

Itanong mo sa lto kung pano ka nila matulongan na ma under siya na name mo at hindi na sa new owner...

Or consult atty... meron yan sila magagawa... if i remember before may lot na nabenta and since hindi na ma contact yung nag bayad ng inheritance tax, to get the original copy since need yun pag transfer ng papel, so ginawa ng atty gumawa siya ng document with information na ilang beses na kinontact ang person but to no avail kaya photocopy lang nakuha na docs... na process naman ang pag transfer ng ownership...

Sa CR makikita mo iba yung date sa top right corner compared with the date on the lower right besides the amount. It usually means na hindi first owner yung nakalagay sa CR (although hindi ako sure if its the same yung date kung pagtangal ng encumbered). thou unless ma pa trace mo sa LTO para malaman ilang owner na officially dumaan yung auto.

Question: if binili mo na ito, May deed of Sale? ano name nakalagay?
May records kasi yung Casa kung kanino nabenta yung auto na yan since medyo bagobago pa. cgurado may conflict yan pag tinignan sa records ng casa.

Meron po deed of sale. Name ko po at yung owner ng sasakyan.

Bakit hinde ba lang ikaw mismo mag process sa LTO?

One way or another you need to face the inevitable. Hinde mo maiiwasan yan habang buhay, hinde mo rin naman mabenta yun kotse unless maayos mo luna papeles.

Verify mo sa lto branch na mag issue nyan CR kung same sa files nila yung details... * 500k... luge ka pa sa perwisyo at stress na dala nyan..

to effect transfer of the vehicle to the new owner, this is what i am familiar with.

you will need the original OR and CR.
you will also need the original deeds of sale from the person whose name appears on the CR to the next buyer to you. (no need for next buyer's if open deed of sale.)
you will also need current (not expired!) ID and signatures of the people involved above.

you also need to have the vehicle cleared sa chpg.

then emissions test.

bring all the above documents to the LTO and they will issue you a new CR with your name on it.
LTO do not doctor or write over CRs. they issue new ones.

how old is that car?
is it possible, that car is still under mortgage? this situation adds yet another veil to the "mystery".
