Butyl is rubber. Asphalt.. is well.. asphalt.

How to tell them apart? Hard to do. I mean you don't want to light your doors up right?

Best bet is to simply start by purchasing stuff that you're sure is made of butyl.

Based on your posts dito sa tsikot and sa KAC. Di ko talaga alam if your installer is recommending you for a second layer (Tsikot) or not (85% na daw yun one layer -- KAC).

    Sir jhnkvn,

I have a question regarding power handling ng head unit, I recently had a Pioneer DEH-X2650U installed on my Suzuki Swift, I want to change both front and rear speakers, for now im not planning to get an amp. When i do choose a speaker will speakers with 2ohms work well with the head unit? or should i use 4-8ohms? I plan sana to get a JBL GTO608c for front and a JBL coaxial sa likod.

    Thanks

Try to get the 4ohms as much as possible. As every electrical engineer knows, ohms is a measure of resistance -- in this case, the flow of electricity. The lower it is, the less resistance there is. Problem is, most head units aren't stable at 2 ohms. However, there's no problem in using 4 ohms and 8 ohm drivers.

The good thing here is that most car audio drivers are 4 ohms and home audio, 8 ohms. Where the hell did you get the 2 ohm driver? :O

A lot of installers know how to install deadeners naman. It's not a skill-intensive task and the most you need is common sense and a heatgun -- some do it DIY in fact.

Bili ka na lang heatgun and deadening materials tapos DIY like me.
