I can vouch for DLS speakers. Even the Reference series are quite good. The high end models are even much better. They are quite warm sounding, much like Morel speakers, which may not impress people who prefer bright sounding speakers like Focal.

They will sound OK with just the minimum power from the output of the HU but they will sound better if you power them up with an amplifier that will provide it the RMS power rating. They can get really loud yet still clear if you give it enough juice.

Yes sir monty. Naglagay ako ng deadening sa harap at likod pero ung sa likod is pioneer 250 watts rms 40 lang pero pwede na din kasi sound clarity habol ko. Pero sir monty tingin ko much better kung my active na sub woofer like avt. Parang my kulang na bass sound. Im thinking kung active subwoofer or amplifier ang ilagay ko.

Sir egan, any suggestion po of what brand or type of amplifier for my speaker? Stock HU, front is dls matador 50rms , rear is pioneer 2 way speaker 40rms? Tia

if you are gearing for sound quality, no need na yung rear speakers. you can add active subwoofer pero mahal yan, i'd rather have a subwoofer in sealed box. merong mga murang subs like jbl gt5, you can inquire in an audio shop for box fabrication and installation na din.

*TJ_abs - Agree with monty_GTV. Do away with the rear speakers and get a subwoofer. You can use a 4-channel amp running a passive setup using the 2 front channels to power the separates and the 2 rear channels bridged for the subwoofer. To save space on your trunk, go with a slim 10" subwoofer on a sealed box. JBL and Lightning Audio have decently-priced 4-channel amps you can buy. They are much better than those generic V12s being sold in some audio stores. However, if you ask me of my preference for amplifiers, I would go with DLS amplifiers.

Hi good afternoon po mga sir, tanong lang po kung meron Sub Woofer Out ang HU ng current Toyota Fort, I buy this Pioneer TS W120A Underseat Active Subwoofer - Pioneer TS-WX120A 150 W Powerful Amplified Subwoofer: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics. Or anybody already tried this set up with stock HU

if you want to go same brand like your separates, check mo dls cc-4 o cc-44, maliit lang siya pwede underseat. i'm checking mickey's fb and they used it in some of their installs...

Hello mga sir. Gusto ko sana magupgrade ng sound system. I have 2014/2015 toyota avanza. All stock. Is it possible to stick with my HU then upgrade sa mga speakers? Gusto ko kasi ung tamang boom boom lang pero di siya matakaw sa space. If need talaga magpalit ng HU, what would you recommend? Any shop na okay mag quote ng upgrades? TIA.
