di ba pwede mo pa din naman gamitin yung plate protector but without the clear cover? so huwag mo lang ilagay yung plastic lens nya ok na kasi cover lang naman ang bawal.

I did it once by removing the front bumper. Sa rear plate naman, kaya i-access thru the trunk. So sa likod ng nut, you could use vise grip but I do suggest that after removing it, cut a slot on the bolt so that you could use an ordinary flat head screwdriver to tighten back the bolt.

I've seen this done. Just carefully use a flathead drill bit on the bolt then unscrew with a flathead screwdriver.
