Can anyone please recommend a good brand of pressure washer and where I can buy it? I plan to do my carwash myself na lang since I pay so much going to the car wash every week anyway. I want a model na i-dip sa drum.
Also where can I get that device that makes the car shampoo bubble? Thanks.

July 10th, 2011 11:21 PM #145Try mo baka hose lang ang problem, meron sa Ace na spare parts. Yung sakin matagal na din, ginagamit pang pang spray(chemical) sa Mango plantation.. So far no problem, just make sure enough ang water supply para hindi masira.
Try mo to, dito ko binibili parts ng B&D:
Black & Decker Asia Pacific Ltd.
G/F Unit 1B, & 2/F VSK Corporate Circle Bldg., #2 Acacia Lane cor. Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City. Tels# 533 - 9694/ 9695/ 9786/ 7746 // Fax: 532 - 8713
Ms Cathy, Black and Decker bang for the buck available at Ace or sa hardware sa Binondo, hindi anemic ang motor it got lots of torque. Bubble maker is included as one of the attachments ng gun..

July 11th, 2011 12:40 AM #148The pic shown is PW1400 (1700 psi). they have a smaller version for that sold at Ace. Its cheaper at Binondo but i recommend you buy it in the mall since its more convenient. Price range from 3-4K
Another good brand is Bosch Aquatak, but i prefer B&D due to its abundant parts.

I am still undecided as what PW to get. At first I wanted the Kawasaki belt-type washers. Meron sa Festi at 5.5k complete set na. I wanted sana a waterdrum as a source para sukat yung consumed water kahit papano. Heavy-duty pa with oil-change at very long intervals, parts are available naman. The problem with this set up is that medyo accident prone siya IMO. Baka matalsikan ng tubig yung ibang parts that might cause electrocution, not really sure though. Also that exposed belt and wheel, baka maka-ipit lang.
Just this afternoon I was oriented sa ACE Hardware with one of those hard-plastic brands, German-made Karcher. Good thing the sales staff was knowledgeable and explained the product very well. I was kind of swayed with the explanation that I was back to square one. Maganda rin features like the auto-shutoff feature and hose attachments. Parts are available but others say its hard and it takes a while to acquire. The staff also mentioned that aside from running water source, its also possible to have a waterdrum for the machine to suck water from, with modifications to be done to the hose connectors.
I'll be checking further on Black and Decker, Nilfisk, AR, Winner, and Bosch Aquatak brands.
I can't stand the local carwash boys' method on my Altis, well except for Big Bert's.
Need feedback on the PW brands in bold lettering please... TIA.
