paolorenzo: Reapplication usually once every 3-5 months depende kung gano kadalas ang "bugbog" sa pintura... We have clients na mga oto 2-3x a week lang gamit, after 5 months ganyan parin itsura and protection... so it really depends, but 2-3 months is a typical figure of reapplication... For a Revo, it costs 3,000 inclusive of a full exterior detail na regardless of condition... Of course kung coding day or if you car is black/white it still falls under our weekday promos of 20% less.

Grabe, sobrang tempting talaga! Sir Veed, ang daily maintenance puwede na bang water lang, then wipe dry with chamoise(?) Or kailangan ba meron car shampoo pa? What's the best post-treatment maintenance to make it last?

    No waxing please... =)

Mike, thanks din... I need to discuss something with you nga pala regarding dun sa suggestion mo hehe... I'll PM or text you nalang...

PaolorenzO: Well, im not sure what others will say but I never recommend cleaning a car without soap since water alone will not lift the dirt off the surface and cause marring... In addition, chamois (pronounced Sha-mee) is not a wiping tool, it's made for blotting dry a surface and not wiping.

With maintainance, frequent washing is necessary to prevent dirt buildup but like any type of protection, it wears off over time so you have to reapply whatever protectant you applied whether it's a wax or a sealant or otherwise...

Sad to tell you, waxing or sealing is the only way to preserve paint.
