not at all. with thicker clear coat, you just have more leeway to make corrections. if a product doesn't impede the gassing out during paint curing, generally it's ok. if you correct to perfection now but can't really protect as much, you'll just redo later and reduce more clearcoat (CC).

that isoparaffin hydrocarbon is a synthetic solvent commonly used as a vehicle for insecticides. not a wax at all i guess. the lineup is green lighted by the manufacturer as jmpet proved. some of them have a bit of cleaners for maintenance/correction and shine of new paint, but offer minimal protection.

finally, pics! does it look like murky water against the other detailed panels? hood pa naman-dapat baklas at may oven para flawless.

i'm excited when there's an opportunity to add clearcoat, obviously none of our detailing products do that. 100ml of clear would add about 2 mils on the hood. how much is 100ml of CC compared to our sealants and waxes which aren't nearly as hard as the CC? what's better than 100ml? 200ml. there is a sweet spot as to how much to add on though. then we could be less jumpy than before about our CC and no more questions about depth of shine cos we know it Is deep. major corrections reduce about 0.5 mils at most.

quick question, ano purpose ng terry towel ng microtex? pareho ba sila ng back-side ng plush? yung back-side kasi ng plush gamit ko for qd, mas madaling gamitin.
