Last edited by jmpet626; June 18th, 2010 at 07:06 PM.

what products should I use? I've read from meguiar's forums that scratchx2.0 would remove these. di ba same scratchx and swirl x?
wala kasing detailing shop dito sa province namen AFAIK.
thanks!!

June 18th, 2010 07:48 PM #4853If the Claybar + cleaner wax + swirlx combo was not able to get rid of the watermark, it can be due to one or both of the following:
- The watermark is etched on your paint. Check the watermark closely... try to feel it with your fingertips. If it ain't raised above the paint, it's already etched into the paint. This is usually caused by acid rain that was allowed to dry under the sun. If the watermark is etched, then yes, you'll need something more aggressive than SwirlX. ScratchX may do the job, if you're working by hand.
- Sobrang nag-tutong na yung watermark. Calcified water. Nasty. But not as bad as etched watermarks. Try a water+white vinegar solution (sorry... I don't remember the dilution ratio...). If it works, make sure to wash and re-wax the treated surface.

natest yung 476 nung sinundo ako from manila... inulan ba naman. hehe
medyo dull nga ang 476 on its own...
kaya eto. after ng mother's FX spray wax, then nanosliq.
kintab ulit! bukas dapat makuhanan ko na to in sunlight
two thumbs up talaga to collinite waxes. thanks for suggesting it, fellow tsikoteers!Last edited by scharnhorst; June 18th, 2010 at 08:18 PM.

By machine mo ba ginamit ang swirl x?
