yung driver pwede mamatay... pero operator hindi...

you have to understand the dynamics....
most of the income goes yosi, alak at babae nila...

they make do what they can at their given state of income....

You know something, the largest transit operator in the country, and possibly in southeast Asia, started with two jeepneys.

The man who started it was relentless in improving his fleet efficiency. Now, without exaggeration, if they stopped operating, Visayas and Mindanao would be paralyzed.

Sometimes more with the operators.

Decision paralysis comes in when the numbers for investment are shown. But ano ba naman yung palitan mo yung hose?

The owners, drivers, and their maintenance staff need to establish the necessary protocols,to get these things done. Once the science is in, it essentially becomes a management prerogative to implement.

The costs incurred are real. It does affect their bottom line. The impact on the environment is real and the effect on lives aren't imagined nor are they cheap.

sa Pinas -- ang maintenance ng sasakyan panghanapbuhay is not to keep the vehicles in tip top shape

it's to keep them at borderline breakdown

the owner will want to take home as much money as he can from his business

his priority is his personal life. his family. his home, his toys, in what country to spend Holy Week, Christmas...

    that's Pinas style

first world thinking doesnt apply here

Thankfully people who run very successful transport businesses don't share your generalizations nor are they covered by it.

The world doesn't exist for your affirmation.

They also know when to utilize knowledge and do not assume things to reach conclusions via delusions.

No one benefits from your rants here because the only basis it has is ignorance and self loathing.

On my old carbureted vehicle, i dont use coolant. Tap water lang. The car never overheated hanggang sa ibinenta ko na. Kahit traffic i dont turn the engine off

The problem with contrarians like you is that even when things improve and problems are solved you will find it improbable that Filipinos are able to do it better.

Thing is you cant operate a fleet of 3000 vehicles on your ill-informed assumptions or "flowery" english. Knowledge matters and applying it.

T those who have built nothing possess the luxury of bland criticism.
