Went again to Primo and he was able to immediately troubleshoot what is wrong with my old school Hyundai Grace vans' AC. The compressor leaked. It was replaced and my van is again as cold as a fridge. Payed a fraction of the price compared to other shops. Primo is really a commendable guy, trustworthy and I don't get that feeling of him taking advantage of anybody.

Try him out if you have problem with your vehicles AC. He still have his shop near AFPOVAI Taguig entrance, just beside TESDA along East Service Road.

By the way, wala na po si Lando na Mechanic nila, yumao na daw. Primo told me just today.
