It's likely a local proprietary brand claimed to be made in or sourced from Sg. I could be wrong. These days, I know of shops having their own brands stamped on films & other products sourced from China, where anything is possible.
Concept One wheels are an example. Unlike Rota, they don't manufacture. Most of their wheels were from Taiwan &, likely, China . They just have there own brand on caps & boxes.

I agree with sir Travs. I'm beginning to think that what X-Films is using is probably the same generic ceramic tint brand used by BF Films.
But despite the possible generic brand source of X-Films ceramic tint, I would still recommend their shop. The workmanship is very good, after sales support also very good, warranty coverage is very attractive, the tint quality for its price is very good.
