    try mo lang bakbakin using a putty knife... tapos yung remnants, try mo lagyan ng kerosene.

    Try using a penetrant like WD40 first. Spray it on and let it soak for a couple of minutes before attempting to chip it off with a cloth or your fingernails.

    meron yatang product na cement residue remover pero for ceramic/tile surfaces. im not sure kung pwede sa glass/windshield?
