March 8th, 2018 08:54 AM #3I think mahirap i-judge resale value kasi malakas Pinoy mentality na only Toyota/Mitsu/Honda and select Nissan models are the best bet. Even if other brands have proven they can be as reliable and even better feature-wise, ganoon pa rin.
I've owned excellent Hyundai/Suzuki/Chevy units, pero sa resell time the Big 3 pa rin.

If you can chance upon a lightly used Jetta or Golf 1.4T, go for it. The 1.4L turbo gas engine may have a small displacement but it packs a big punch. The Golf 1.4T offers quite a good drive.
