How to post a new thread

I have fulfilled the required amount of replies and still am not allowed to make a new thread to answer many of the questions that I need answered. Can any of the administration on this forum assist me at all? Or should I assume that this forum is dead and find a new forum that can help me?

I think he wants to start a new thread under "Auto Design and Research". Out of curiosity, I tried making one under that category and I can't make one. I think I'm missing something or I really can't start a thread under that category.

First off I am not being snarky, second of all if you read my post you would understand that I am trying to start a new thread in a different section of the forum that I am unable to access at the moment. If you feel that a person is of no loss to the forums even before getting to truly know that person that that is indicative, of a lack of understanding of human resources and should be something you study before getting an attitude with me.

Now to those that read my thread, thank you I am really trying to start a new thread in that section will again attempt to shortly.
