Sa condition ng misis mo, kailangan mo ng reliable international medical insurance, hindi yung binibili sa check-in area sa mga airport.
Kung may remote area kang bibisitahin o mas third world pa sa Pinas, kailangan mo ng may emergency medical evacuation (medivac) rider yung kukunin mo.
Make sure lang na may coverage yung insurance mo sa countries na pupuntahan ninyo at cover din yung condition ng misis mo. May mga international travel insurance na hindi na cover yung pregnancy from a certain months. Read the fine prints.

I pay for any kind of insurance to sleep well at night, not because it is required.
I've traveled a lot as SEA Marketing Manager. I always had travel insurance.. Out of my own pocket. I got to use it only twice over a 100 travels or so, but it was well worth it.
