Quickest and cheapest way to get in and out of romblon from manila and back..

I need to send someone to romblon to conduct a CI on a person...what is the best option guys? If mag plane,via tablas airport tapos 3 hr travel by land and boat to reach romblon daw..plus the mandatory checking in and waiting time sa naia more or less nasa 7 hrs siguro...

Tapos may nag suggest pwede daw from batangas port mag barko pero 10hrs daw, pero diretso na sa romblon...

Ano ba mas ok yung mabilis tsaka pinaka murang paraan? Iniisip ko kasi kahit matagal sa barko at least makaka tulog yung tao papunta o pabalik unlike sa eroplano na may land and sea trip baka mapilitan pako i overnight yung tao dahil sa pagod sa biyahe...

quickest would be by plane.
cheapest would be by land (bus to lucena, tapos ferry to romblon)

another is via air to kalibo, tapos land trip to caticlan, tapos ferry to romblon
