Along national road lang yun, katabi ng SM Muntinlupa and NBI... Take Susana Heights Exit to and from SLEX.

Revive ko lang to. May emissions centers ba around LTO Munti? Di kasi valid don ang PMVIC results from Taguig. First registration is there for chattel cancellation.

but some of our loyal followers might find the info useful.
MVIC in Tanque st. UN avenue.
corner of Pope Pius center.
eye-catching signage at the corner.
motor vehicle inspection + emissions test + TPL + LTO extension office.

Done! Should've learned my lesson and get an emissions test before going. 3 hours ang pila sa loob [emoji30] Yung MVIS kasi na malapit facing south ang sign so nakalagpas na ako when I saw it.
The actual registration and cancellation of encumbrance only took an hour. Kasama na dun ang paghalukay ng orig record. Masikip ang parking pero may mga aides scattered around the area playing car tetris [emoji106]

October 9th, 2021 04:59 AM #8that was also my observation.
that is why, i used to do my renewal in two stages at one day per stage.
stage 1 was to get the insurance (it's cheaper outside the LTO neighborhood) and emissions test (also cheaper for me, outside the LTO neighborhood).
stage 2 was LTO itself.
i could do this because they were all near the workplace.
last week, i tried this MVIS near the workplace.
low and behold!
i got lucky, because walang pila, and everything was there: emissions, TPL, and LTO extension office.
i asked my son to go the next day for our other "0" car.
he did, but he said that he had to go back the next day, as the computer was down.
highs.
