July 2nd, 2014 11:26 AM #1This thing is beyond disgusting, for someone visiting the Philippines the first time one hell of a impression it makes, don't know what's worse the sight or the smell, no working toliets, no seats, no paper, no working sink.
Why are people paying a departure fee to cover up keep. I have used better latrines in the military in the middle of the desert.
