Uy, Boracay! Parang ayoko nang bumalik sa Manila pagtuntong ko diyan! :D
Try mo sa Mikay's, sa may talipapa yun (although I don't know if it's still in the same location kasi nga nasunog yung palengke). Sarap yung seafood dishes nila.
Hopefully na-solve na ng AKELCO (Aklan Electric) yung problema nila sa kuryente. The last time we were there kasi, medyo madalas ang power outages sa isla.

No problem. BTW Club Panoly is now "The Panoly Hotel Resort". It's a beach front resort so you won't have to walk very far.
we have also have a picture gallery, please check gallery.boracay.com for your viewing pleasure

wulf: mmm... laptop? i would'nt bring that if I where you... you'l be missing a lot and this is your vacation leave your work at home. Yup most of the resorts offer internet access, there are also internet cafes but pricey compared to our internet cafes here in Manila. You can buy one of those water proof bags, saw one at rockwell (forgot the name of the shop, its on the 2nd or 3rd level malapit sa escalator), My bro also has one, and put all your electronic stuff in there.

club panoly is on the other end of the island so it is not walking distance from white beach which is the main beach( boat station#1-3). Problem now is that if you try to book now baka you might have a hard time looking for a room coz dami na pupunta by March. Of course you can try. Best value for me is True Home near BS#1. Best area, good value for money, friendly staff. It is a small quaint hotel but beach front. Top dollar na ok is Fridays, Waling2, SeaWind, Boracay Regency. Le Soleil is also ok. Between BS#2 and 3. Pink Patio is ok but not beach front. HTH
