Anyone knows a good resort in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas? Balak sana namin sa La Luz kaya ang fully booked na nga sila. Ano ba yun next best resort sa San Juan, Batangas?
Thanks in advance!

prinsipe, check out yung cocogrove sa Laiya Batangas. They have nice treehouse/cottages, the beach is also fine for swimming, they also have a swimming pool there. Food is also good. Staff is courteous and friendly.
Pag inabutan mo yung british owner si Allen dun, he can give you a tour dun sa mangroves nila. The guy is so cool and down to earth.

April 29th, 2004 10:39 AM #8la luz resort is in hugom(n) ,san juan, batangas laiya coco grove is in laiya, san juan, batangas
both are in the same stretch of beach along sigayan bay
it's roughly a 2.5 to 3.0 hours drive via lipa
calatagan is the town after matabungkay (lian) where the punta baluarte and calatagan golf club is. also hometown of the zobel de ayala family. it's almost the same distance to laiya, but you go through tagaytay down to batulao.
