Hi! I got caught and got a traffic ticket violation,kuya MTPB says fine or penalty that I have to pay sa Manila City Hall ay 2,500? Is that true po? Kase few months back nahuli ako ng number coding 500 lang penalty? mas mahal po pala Yon?
