Violation posted by police station on top of minor accident?

Natry ko na sa lahat ng major browsers (Edge, FireFox, and Chrome) and sira talaga GUI ng forum. Ung mga ibang clickable buttons all over the place sila and distorted.

Oo nga, obstruction of traffic nga pero dahil yun sa aksidente hindi dahil naging reckless driving mo. Hindi ako nagrereklamo sayo bro, I just want to understand.

Isipin mo na lang ganito. Yung mismong traffic enforcers nga hindi ako binigyan ng ticket e. Pero yug police station na hindi naman talaga nakita yung pangyayari bibigyan ako ng ticket? Ni wala ngang nagescort samin papunta sa police station e. So yung police report ginawa lang talaga based sa salaysay ng both parties. Kung hindi lang naman dahil sa insurance nung isang car, hindi naman kami aabot pa sa police station to get a police report e.

Wala, walang resibo yung 500 so nagmukhang under the table na nga yun. Pero ang question dito is bakit may violation in the first place?

Siguro yun ang isang information na hindi clear sa post ko. Ang nagbibigay ng ticket samin ay yung mga sa police sa police station na, not the traffic enforcers that were in the scene.

The traffic enforcers even mentioned that if we decide to get a police report we will be given violation tickets. Di lang kami naniwala dahil nangyari na samin dati to and wala namang nangyaring violation. The guy is asking for advice, not an insult. And stop pretending you can slap an erring policeman as your president is protecting them, unless you want a cardboard hanged around your neck.

BTT: To TS, that is plain outright corruption and you should have not offered a bribe. The deputized enforcers that Cathy talked about are not cops and they are generally serious about their job since they are under BCDA payroll. I suppose you got your license back so just move on and take it as a costly lesson learned.

FWIW, tinanong ko yung kaibigan ko na nabangga ng motorsiklo diyan sa may Market Market, SM Aura area 2 year ago yata. Ang sabi niya, gumawa din sila ng "vehicular accident report", but that's it. No other "transactions", under the table or not, were asked of them.

kelangan may ebidensya ka like receipt of the 500 pesos that you gave to the officer para makasuhan sila, unfortunately wala ka nun... charge to experience na lang brad lesson learned and next time it happens you'll know what to do, peace!

Bro, isa lang naloko sa atin sa gobyernong ito at hindi ako un.

BTT: TS, next time you can always challenge the cops but in a respectful tone. Especially if you were not in fault. A dashcam would be handy as well. Again, forget about it and move on. Si mayor hindi pa.
