Guys,

If I plan to have my student permit converted to non-pro at LTO main office then arrive there say at 2PM, will I still be entertained until the whole process is done? Or will I be just advised to return the next day?

Ubos na kasi leaves ko kaya can't take a whole day off for this. Thanks!
