    For clarification lang yan. Ever since naman pwede na makasama ng student ang non pro license holder...
    Enforcer lang na gusto dumiskarte ang nagbibigay ng ibang interpretation

    Nabiktima ako dati nyan, Manila Traffic enforcer. I was a student driver and my wife is non pro. Di pumayag yung TE dapat daw Pro.

    My daughter will be a student driver soon. I guess I'll just have a copy of the memorandum at the car as a protection.

    Yes that's what I did, print out a copy of the LTO memo. Never needed it but it's a good way to deter unscrupulous enforcers.

    matagal na yan, wala namang sinabing kailangang PRO yung kasama nang student driver, ang nakalagay lang kahit noon pa, eh accompanied by a duly licensed driver.

    Paano kung may batas ang isang city na kailangan PRO ang kasama ng student driver? Pwede ba i-supersede nito ang LTO memorandum?
