^ Oo sa mga CVS ng gas stations may ganyan ngang nangyayari. Pero again, nasa tao na lang yan. Kung 2-3 cans of beer lang medyo ok pa ata. Papasa pa sa breath analyzer.

Kawawa din talaga yung pasahero, especially if it's late at night and they have no other choice with regards to transportation in order to get home. Tapos malayo pa yung biyahe nung iba sa mga ito - sa Montalban, Fairview, etc - and may tama sila habang nagmamaneho

June 28th, 2011 01:47 PM #25There are a lot of laws on drunk driving/DUI which have been implemented in other countries... all we need is to pick one that works for us. As for the damages, iba pa yun... There is a penalty for DUI alone and this has to be enforced if caught whether involved in an accident or by suspicion due to erratic driving.
DUI is a driving offense. Penalties come with it including suspension of the driver's license. Deaths, damages, and other results from such an offense have a different price to it.
