San ba dapat ipanotaryo ang deed of sale, i mean e, sa place ng vendor or pwede rin sa place ng vendee?
for example, tiga probinsya ako at nakabili ng sasakyan sa metro manila, sa metro manila ba dapat or pwede na sa probinsya ko?
nung last time kasi na naibenta ko sasakyan ko e nagkataong same place kami ng buyer.
salamat.

pwede sa probinsya...
bottomline, notarization of a document validates the document for future references like filing of cases, etc....

March 28th, 2015 11:11 AM #3correct me if I am wrong, pero if sa province ni buyer and notaryo, bake hindi ma transfer sa name niya sa LTO, am I correct?

March 28th, 2015 11:26 AM #4I think it should be notarized here in Metro Manila where the seller is from, unless hindi mahigpit and Notario mo and he can do it with special arrangements (non-appearance) pero alam ko bawal na rin ata yon eh.

what you are asking is...
if the vehicle was initially registered new, in metro manila, and you bought it and are now are now transfering its ownership to your name in, say, iloilo... what documents do you need?
if the CR is addressed in metro manila, and you are transfering ownership to your name in, say, iloilo... what do you need to do?

March 28th, 2015 11:34 AM #9or maybe yung Vendee is entitled to his copy of the Notarized copy to protect his own side anything untoward after he sold his car,
baka nalito lang , since LTO will require a copy also of the Notarized copy for the transfer
